img_3140Hi, I’m Christina. I started blogging because my husband and daughter encouraged me to go for it. They thought it would be therapeutic for me. I believe them because its helping me already, at least the writing part. It’s been stressful trying to figure out how to get the site together, I just thank God for all my daughter’s help. I couldn’t have done it without her…or it would have taken a lot longer to get the ball rolling. My daughter is awesome. My family means so much to me.

My blog will be about my struggles as a bipolar from disappointments to victories, articles that deal with bipolar help, home décor, sharing recipes I have tried, sharing inspiring quotes and encouraging affirmations. Just a day in the life of a Bipolar.

I hope my blog/site inspires, encourages, and motivates others. It makes me so happy to think that I might help just one person with my stories, trials and victories. And, maybe bring some joy to your heart and life. I’m also looking forward to being encouraged by others stories as I follow other’s sites and blogs.
